New firmware!
I have now released version 3 of the firmware. It has a few new features:
- 400g mode (a system where there is 400 degrees in a circle - mostly used in european surverying
- Bluetooth output: versions 3 and 4 of the SAP can have a bluetooth chip soldered on, allowing you to connect to PDAs running Auriga
- In-field calibration: Occasionally the ponies will lose calibration - after a period of non-use or after storage near magnetic fields. This new mode allows you to re-calibrate the pony just before your trip. The procedure takes about 15 minutes in total. You do not need a PDA or other computer to do it. You do not even need a compass or clino for this
